What you need
SIP Calling is specifically an add-on feature for users of Microsoft Teams. To use SIP Calling, your organisation requires Microsoft Teams with either an E3 licence with the Phone System add-on or an E5 licence. Your Microsoft Service Provider can let you know which licence is best for you.
Everyone who has subscribed to Microsoft Office 365 and Teams and has an appropriate licence will be able to receive the full benefits of SIP Calling.
